If you have an active subscription and you want to cancel it, please flow the following steps:
- Go to the settings screen. Click on 'Payments'.
2. Click on your subscription package, in this case 'Daily coaching'.
2. Click on the red 'Cancel Subscription' button. Click on 'OK' to confirm.
Note: Your subscription has been cancelled and will no longer be renewed at the end of your billing cycle. You’ll be able to continue using Fitmo until the end of the subscription period. After this, you’ll need to re-subscribe to your previous coach or pick a new coach to use the app.
