• To ensure the strongest client experience, all coaches should respond to all client messages/activity in less than 24 hours. And of course, as soon as possible is best!
  • Send a personalised message greeting the client warmly and letting them know you're excited to begin working with them.
  • Ask the client questions about their specific fitness or health goals and assure them that you’re the right coach for them!
  • The client will receive the message you send via the app as well as receiving a notification by email. 
  • Since clients have a free 7-day trial, some do not respond immediately. Be sure to send a few messages during the first week in order to get the client to reply and interact with you, increasing the odds that they’ll want to work with you long after their trial ends!
