When a coach receives a new client request, the coach will be notified in 1 of 2 ways:

  1. App notification
  2. Timeline

App Notification

  • Coaches with the iPhone Coach app downloaded to their iPhone will receive an alert/notification when a new client has requested to connect with them and start their free 7-day trial.
  • Reaching out to the client as soon as possible to greet them, ask about their goals and get started is the best way to ensure client engagement, satisfaction and subscription.

Timeline Check-In

  • If a coach doesn't have an iPhone, they must login into the Coach Profile to see if there are any new client requests in their client list.
  • In leu of the Fitmo Coach App, Fitmo recommends logging in to the Coach Profile 1-2 times a day to see if any clients have requested to work with you in order to ensure a timely response to the client and from there, of course, showing them what an amazing coach you are!
