Moving an activity / workout is useful when you decide to switch up your schedule, or want to postpone one to a later date.

Click on the card of the activity that you want to move, in this case ‘Almond crunch granola’.

Click on the button ‘Move’ on the bottom right side of the screen.

A date picker will appear, allowing you to move the activity to the past or the future. Click on ‘Done’ to confirm the changes. The activity will now appear under the new date.
