  • In general, Fitmo recommends scheduling plans approximately one week in advance, giving the client a chance to look over and prepare for their upcoming week
  • Depending on the complexity and needs of the client, some clients may benefit from a 2-week or full-month plan outline, yet others may benefit from smaller plans with frequent personal check-ins and messages with their coach
  • Get to know your clients needs and personal preferences and develop a mutually beneficial plan from there!
