If you're no longer able to appear on the Fitmo marketplace, please follow the steps outlined below to ensure strong client experience and support:

  1. Alert the Community Manager (libby@fitmo.com) with your resignation and the date you would like to be removed from the marketplace.
  2. Fitmo requires a 2-day notice of resignation in order to alert the Fitmo team and communicate with any clients in need of transfer to another coach.
  3. After removal from the Fitmo Marketplace, a coach is still required to continue working with paid clients for the remainder of their monthly subscription.
  4. From there, Fitmo will discuss with the coach how best to proceed, i.e: The coach may  want to continue to work with their paid clients via private Fitmo platform use or the clients may be better served by transferring to a new coach.
