If you're no longer able to appear on the Fitmo marketplace, please follow the steps outlined below to ensure strong client experience and support:
- Alert the Community Manager (email@example.com) with your resignation and the date you would like to be removed from the marketplace.
- Fitmo requires a 2-day notice of resignation in order to alert the Fitmo team and communicate with any clients in need of transfer to another coach.
- After removal from the Fitmo Marketplace, a coach is still required to continue working with paid clients for the remainder of their monthly subscription.
- From there, Fitmo will discuss with the coach how best to proceed, i.e: The coach may want to continue to work with their paid clients via private Fitmo platform use or the clients may be better served by transferring to a new coach.
