Moving an activity / workout is useful when you decide to switch workouts or recipes from different dates around, or postpone them to a later date.
Click on the card of the activity that you want to move, in this case ‘A delicious breakfast’.
Click on the button ‘Move’ on the bottom right side of the screen.
A date picker will appear, allowing you to move the activity to the past or the future. Click on ‘Done’ to confirm the changes. The activity will now appear under the new date.
