Adding notes to your workout is a great way to keep track of how you’re progressing and to communicate this with your coach in one place. There are two ways that you can add a note to your workout.
Option 1 / Step1:
You can add a note into a workout or activity, by clicking on the activity / workout card from your schedule. You can then click on the ‘Add Note’ button on the bottom left of the screen. Type and save a note. This note can be edited until you have tracked the activity.
Option 1 / Step2:
Once a note has been saved, the ‘Add Note’ button becomes an ‘Edit Note’ button. This will allow you to make changes to your already saved note.
Option 2 :
You can also add a note to your activity / workout when you are tracking it. If you had already added a note to an activity / workout and you are tracking this activity / workout, your note will appear here. You can make final changes to your note before tracking the activity and sharing it with your coach.
Once you have tracked an activity, your tracked data and note is sent along to your coach and becomes no longer available for editing. You can always view the note that you added.
