How to add a Health Plan to a Client's schedule.

 

Health Plans are complete training schedule templates. They are in fact activities grouped together and sequenced over time. They can be used to build generic multi-day/week/month schedules. With one click they can be added to your clients schedule. 

Here's how it works. 

1. First go to your (1) Library and (2) select Health Plans.


(3) Select a Health Plan, (4) select the Apply button, (5) select who to apply to, (6) select the date to start the health plan and finally select Apply. 


A copy of the health plan will be added to your Client's schedule. 

Note that all the activities added to the schedule are copied. That means you can change the content of the copied activities without modifying the original health plan.
