When a coach is no longer able or interested in Fitmo Marketplace listing, please follow the steps outlined below to ensure strong client experience and support:
- Alert both the Coach Director (email@example.com) and the Community Manager (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your resignation and the date you would like to be removed from the marketplace.
- Fitmo requires a 2 day notice of resignation in order to alert the Fitmo team and communicate with any clients in need of transfer to another coach.
- After removal from the Fitmo Marketplace, a coach is still required to continue working with paid clients for the remainder of their monthly subscription.
- From there, Fitmo will communicate with the coach to discuss how best to proceed, i.e.: The coach many continue to work with their paid clients via private Fitmo platform use or the clients may be better served by transferring to a new coach.
