Tips for the Initial Message to Clients

  • To ensure the strongest client experience, all coaches should respond to all client messages and activity in less than 24 hours. And of course, as soon as possible is best!

  • Send a personalized message greeting the client warmly and expressing excitement to connect with them

  • Be sure to include the goals & information the client has provided; ask them a question about their fitness or health goals and assure them that you’re the right coach for them!

  • The client will receive the message you send via the app as well as an email.  

  • Since clients have a free 7 day trial, some do not respond right away. As a coach, be sure to send at least 2-3 messages during the 1st week in order to get the client to message and interact with you, increasing the odds that they’ll want to work with you long after the trial!
